La acción consiste en provocar una carrera espontánea entre dos riders, haciendo un pedido equivalente, al mismo tiempo de las dos empresas leaders del sector: JUST EAT y DELIVEROO. La distribución se gestiona através de apps y geolocalización.

oferta super dúo: 2 refrescos, 1 pizza cuatro quesos y 1 pizza prosciutto – Entrega aproximada 14.55.

14.02 Pedido DELIVEROO:
5 latas de cerveza Mahou, 1 pizza barbacoa
– Entrega aproximada 14.45

14.15 Llegada rider JUSTEAT – entrega correcta, pago en efectivo

14.40 Llegada rider DELIVEROO – entrega correcta con obsequio, aros de cebolla.  Pago con tarjeta a través de la app.

El producto entregado es equivalente: caliente y sabroso. Ponemos máxima puntuación en el cuestionario de satisfacción.

[ES] Deliveroo o JustEat, como Uber y otras tecnológicas, son empresas, que en su mayoría funcionan a través de apps y que funcionan como plataformas de contacto entre los establecimientos y el consumidor que quiere recibir en su casa (o en su oficina) un pedido. Los repartidores cobran por cada pedido y tienen que poner su medio de transporte.
Los clientes y Deliveroo monitorizan en tiempo real el recorrido de los repartidores durante la entrega del pedido
Los 'riders' indican su disponibilidad a través de una plataforma 'online' y la compañía les envía, días después, su horario de trabajo semanal. Cuando están de guardia, los repartidores deben acudir a un punto de encuentro situado en el centro de la zona que van a cubrir en ese momento. Allí esperan a que les salte una alerta en su teléfono: desde ese momento tienen un margen de 30 minutos para realizar la entrega de la comida, que será seguida en tiempo real tanto por la empresa como por el cliente a través del GPS.
     

[ENG] Deliveroo or JustEat, like Uber and other technology, are companies, which mostly work through apps and function as platforms for contact between establishments and the costumer who wants to receive an order in their home (or office). The dealers charge for each order and have to put their means of transport.

The riders indicate their availability through an online platform and the company sends them, days later, their weekly work schedule. When they are on duty, the dealers must go to a meeting point located in the center of the area that they are going to cover at that moment. There they wait for an alert on their phone: from that moment they have a margin of 30 minutes to deliver the food, which will be followed in real time by both the company and the customer through GPS.
